Inside Sales & Service Representative

Hajoca Corporation is a wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating & cooling, and industrial supplies seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative in Ann Arbor, MI. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience, knowledge of products sold, and strong communication and product knowledge skills.

Requirements

• Meet or exceed sales targets established by Manager
• Work with Profit Center Manager to establish revenue and margin targets
• Accurately process Sales Orders and Bids
• Assist customers with order pickup
• Grow sales with existing customers
• Generate sales leads
• Investigate and resolve customer problems
• Support Counter and Outside Sales activities
• Communicate credit risk changes to Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager
• Complete safety and compliance training programs
• Perform other reasonably related duties
