Join our sales team as a Sales Team Leader and coordinate and develop the Account Management Team. Coordinate sales initiatives with relevant multipliers and strategic customers. Develop, implement and optimize sales processes and tools.

Requirements

• Leadership skills, including goal orientation, coaching abilities, clear and appreciative communication, sovereign conflict management and the establishment of a constructive feedback culture
• Extensive sales experience, targeted customer development and active networking
• In-depth knowledge of planning and executing electrical projects, combined with entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Sovereign management with digital tools and the ability to work effectively in internal and external networks
