Requirements

• Academic background in HR, Learning & Development, or Project Management
• Fluent in English; French or German is a strong asset
• Autonomous and proactive with the ambition and capability to progressively take ownership of initiatives and lead workstreams end-to-end
• Structured, reliable, and well-organized, able to manage multiple topics, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, able to translate data and feedback into clear insights, recommendations, and improvement actions
