Haemonetics is seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our team to work with sales management to meet existing and potential customers' clinical needs, goals, and constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical orientation, experience with medical devices, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Collaborate with sales management to provide good case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients
- Serve as primary clinical resource for clinical support in areas of coverage troubleshooting and in-service education
- Meet with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints
- Collaborate and communicate account and other requested information to sales team on a daily basis
- Oversee local education and training activities including coordination and set up of programs
- Identify, establish, and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers, and their staff
