Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on R&D Director to lead and develop the company's research and development resources, overseeing all R&D activities and ensuring high scientific quality, operational efficiency, and strong alignment with the company's long-term goals.
Requirements
- PhD in organic chemistry or other related discipline
- Solid experience in leading R&D with both strategic and hands-on responsibility
- Proven ability to drive improvements and attract projects
- Strong, energetic leader with a focus on team and competence development
- Business-minded with a clear understanding of how R&D supports overall company goals
- Experience with process development, analytical methods, and tech transfer
- Used to working cross-functionally with production, QC, and external partners
- Good knowledge of regulatory frameworks and GMP
