Training Program Specialist

Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. The company is looking for a Training Program Specialist to lead training activities for assigned areas, deliver on-the-job instruction, and act as a technical expert.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a training, instructing, or teaching role with a focus on entry-level individual contributors
• At least 2 years of experience working in a production / inspection environment
• Proven ability to train people with experience ranging from entry level – mid level
