Job Description
Haddad Plumbing & Heating Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be organized, outgoing, and possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems and equipment. Responsibilities include testing, diagnosis, and providing recommendations to ensure proper equipment operation and prevent breakdowns.
Requirements
- Perform maintenance and service repairs, install new units or replace parts according to specifications.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC equipment.
- Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to identify potential problems.
- Valid NJ Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Effective communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
