Job Description
Haddad Brands, a family-owned and global apparel leader specializing in children's wear, is seeking a Sourcing Associate to join their New York, NY office. The role involves close collaboration with various teams to manage order placement, track order allocations, and ensure accurate and timely communication with overseas teams. This is an on-site position within a dynamic and internationally focused organization.
Requirements
- Assist Sourcing Manager and/or Director with daily emails and sourcing inquiries
- Work with Design and Design Operations for tech packs, design changes and production packages
- Follow up and communicate with the sales team and overseas offices regarding status of ad samples
- Gather information to support analysis and disposition of quality issues
- Create price charts by brand for each seasonal buy and late adds as needed
- Create template for seasonal pricing recaps by brand
- Monitor D/F and D/A entry
- Special projects as assigned
