HackerRank is looking for a Product Operations Manager to join their Product team and help scale how they plan, build, and deliver great products.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar roles in a SaaS company.
- Strong systems thinking skills and a passion for leveraging AI and building agent-based solutions to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Proven ability to run and improve cross-functional processes, from planning to launch.
- Hands-on experience leveraging tools for product usage analysis (Pendo), issue tracking (Jira/Linear), and feature flag management.
- Experience connecting customer insights and usage patterns to provide actionable recommendations that improve product adoption and customer satisfaction.
