Job Description
Habitat Health is looking for a Practice Operations Manager to support multiple PACE markets by ensuring consistent operational performance, standardizing workflows, managing resources, and driving quality and efficiency across all sites.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational workflows and best practices
- Track and analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans
- Ensure regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and quality standards
- Support performance improvement and change management initiatives
- Oversee supply management, equipment needs, and vendor relationships
- Support budgeting, cost containment, and productivity targets
- Provide operational, training, and technical support to PACE center leaders and frontline staff
