The Homeownership Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for Habitat Greater Orlando & Osceola County's Homeownership Department. The role oversees the full homeownership lifecycle, supervises a team, and ensures compliance and audit readiness.
Requirements
- Provide leadership and quality assurance oversight of the homeownership program
- Develop and implement systems and processes to ensure compliance with applicable policies and deadlines
- Maintain complete and accurate applicant and homeowner records
- Manage the closing process to ensure timely closings
- Recommend homebuyers to maintain a consistent pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure buyers meet program requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners
- Serve as a primary point of contact for homeownership stakeholders
- Host Homebuyer Orientations and promote available homes
- Oversee the in-house mortgage portfolio and ensure delinquency rates are low
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to leadership
- Supervise and support the Homeownership team
