Executive Director

The Executive Director will be the face, voice, and spirit of Habitat for Humanity in Kentucky, responsible for managing and directing the organization's activities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fundraising, advocacy, non-profit management, education, and disaster recovery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in non-profit management, business, finance, social work, human services, or related field
• Experience in executive leadership/management position
• Knowledge of federal and state housing programs
• Experience in housing policy analysis and advocacy
• Ability to secure and administer private and public grants
• Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
• Excellent management and fundraising skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Proficiency with various computer programs, e.g. Microsoft Suite, Adobe
