Construction Manager

The Construction Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the home construction process. This is a hands-on construction role responsible for day-to-day activities on the jobsite.

Requirements

• Directs and leads construction staff activities and training
• Designs, implements and evaluates a comprehensive home building program
• Creates and manages a construction plan and schedule
• Manages and oversees all aspects of the homeownership warranty function
• Manages and oversees all aspects of construction inventory management
• Manages and oversees safety initiatives for homebuyers, staff, volunteers and subcontractors
• Advocates for the mission, vision and values of Habitat Lowcountry
• Performs other related duties as requested
