Associate Director, Collaborative Fundraising

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking an experienced development professional to fill the role of Associate Director - Collaborative Fundraising. This person will partner with affiliates to grow individual giving with major gift potential, track affiliate activity, and manage data reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of development experience with direct responsibility in individual giving and fundraising outcomes
• Demonstrated success in Individual Giving / major gift donor upgrade strategies
• Strong project/account management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and listening
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, BBCRM, or equivalent)
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed, complex environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Active support of HFHI values and commitments
