Job Description
H2 Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat geriatric patients with dysphagia, cognitive impairment, or other neurological disorders. The role involves 1:1 therapy with a mix of patient populations and requires independent or collaborative decision-making. The company focuses on community care, quality, and professional growth.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Active CCC-SLP state license
- Prior experience in outpatient therapy is a plus (dysphagia is required)
- Ability to work independently and in teams
