H2 Health Prime Living seeks a Physical Therapist to provide 1:1 patient care in senior living communities in Burleson, TX. The ideal candidate will be a clinician-led and patient-focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a real difference.

Requirements

• Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• New graduates are welcome, outpatient experience is a plus
