Job Description
HR Operations Manager position in Munich. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's or master's degree in HR management and/or digitalization, 3+ years of experience in HR administration, and fluency in German and English.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor's or master's degree in HR management and/or digitalization
- At least 3 years of professional experience in HR administration
- Fluency in German and English
- Solid knowledge of labor and social security law
- Strong affinity for digital tools
- Ability to work independently and meticulously
