Job Description
Harrisburg Division, H&K Group, Inc. is seeking a Shop Leader/Mechanic to guide mechanics in the repair and servicing of all company owned assets, including electric, diesel, and gasoline industrial trucks and equipment. The role requires self-motivation, organization, competence, and professionalism. H&K Group, Inc. emphasizes employee development and provides training programs and resources.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- One-year certificate in diesel mechanics (or 2 years of related experience and/or training)
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Class A or B CDL (or ability to obtain within one year)
- Clean driving record
- State Inspection License
- Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE
- Physical abilities (lifting, moving, etc.)
