Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally recruiting across tech, engineering, or deeptech roles
• Strong expertise in advanced sourcing, talent hunting, and structured interview methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with credibility when engaging top-tier candidates
• Autonomous, proactive, and highly organized, with a strong delivery mindset that ensures results
• Fully fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
