Logistics at full potential! We are looking for a proactive Supervisor in Mechelen, Belgium to support a team of 80-100 indirect employees. The role involves managing warehouse associates, establishing procedures, training, motivating, and leading the team to meet company and customer commitments.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience within logistics/supply chain/distribution/production environment leading a large team
• Fluency in English
• A proactive, hands-on working style and the ability to support teams effectively
• Experience with WMS systems and process optimization is a plus; affinity with IT is essential
