Job Description
This Supervisory position within the Nursing Administration of Corning Hospital represents the leader for the nursing staff. The role involves staffing, scheduling, fostering a professional environment, and ensuring appropriate patient care based on NYSDOH guidelines. Requirements
- License to practice in the State of New York
- BSN preferred
- 5 years of clinical experience in acute care
- 1 year in Critical Care with demonstrated leadership and clinical abilities
- Knowledge of NYSDOH Codes and reporting requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Experience as a mentor for nursing staff
