Job Description
Guthrie’s Skilled Nursing Facility at Robert Packer Hospital – Towanda Campus is seeking a Full-Time Night Shift RN Supervisor to lead a dedicated team and provide compassionate, evidence-based care. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a close-knit, community-based setting while contributing to a nationally recognized health system. The position involves coordinating patient transitions, balancing leadership and patient care, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in the State of Practice
- BSN preferred
- BLS certification
- ACLS (unit dependent)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (ideally, Bachelor's degree) is required
- 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Must meet the individual nursing unit specifications regarding educational requirements during employment.
