Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care environment. They are responsible for the delivery of coordinated, safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and dedication to patient safety and quality.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in State of Practice
- BSN preferred
- ATN/CNA/CNA-CPT certification (BLS, ACLS, PALS, and experience)
- Supervised experience (at least 1 year), or 1 year of experience with an NLRN program
- Must meet the individual nursing unit specifications regarding educational requirements
