Job Description
The Registered Nurse provides professional, comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute care environment. The RN is responsible for coordinated, safe, compassionate, therapeutic, evidence‐based quality care, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics, and scope of practice. Experience or prior education within the scope of the role is essential.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
- BSN preferred (Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred).
- 1+ year experience (or less with a transition from NLRN program), with experience from a facility/unit as specified.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS (if required) is unit dependent.
