Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional, comprehensive nursing care in an acute care environment, ensuring safe, compassionate, and therapeutic quality patient care. This role involves assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and advocating for ethical and holistic patient care. The RN will adhere to Nurse Practice Act and the ANA Code of Ethics, as well as the scope of practice for the specialty.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in the State of Practice
- BSN preferred (or experience with a Bachelor's degree)
- BLS certification
- ACLS is unit dependent
- PALS is unit dependent
- Minimum one year experience (ORN Residency or equivalent, or ability to obtain)
- Specialty Certification preferred
- ACLS is unit dependent
