Job Description
Guthrie Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional and comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute care environment. This full-time position is based at 5 Main unit in Sayre, PA, and involves providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care for patients in a 24-hour shift, including weekend coverage. The nurse will be accountable for the delivery of quality care based on individual needs and appropriate care strategies. The role emphasizes both clinical practice and supporting team member professional development.
Requirements
- BSN in Nursing preferred
- BLS certification
- ACLS unit dependent (requires ACLS)
- Master’s degree in nursing (BNN preferred)
- Experience in a clinical setting (1+ year or NLRN experience)
- Current nursing license in the state of employment
- Current BLS certification
