Job Description
This RN position is a full-time night shift position, with 7pm-7:30 am starting hours. The RN is responsible for providing direct patient care through the nursing process, while maintaining professionalism and adhering to GCMC's policies. The role requires monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting in discharge planning. Nurses are encouraged to perform duties outside the listed functions as needed, but within operational guidelines.
Requirements
- Current NYS license to perform as a registered professional nurse
- Current BLS-CPR certification required (or within first 30 days of employment)
- Licensure/Certificates/Certification: Current NYS license to perform as a registered professional nurse
- Current BLS-CPR certification (or within first 30 days of employment)
- Specialty Unit - Maternity – Neonatal Resuscitation Certification within 6 months of employment
- Specialty Unit - ICU- ACLS within 6 months of hire
