Job Description
The Registered Nurse provides professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care environment. This role is accountable for coordinated, safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards. The position involves assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to achieve goals and optimize outcomes. BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
- BSN preferred.
- Specialty certification preferred.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS (unit dependent).
- Minimum of one year experience, or successful transition from NLRN Program.
- Must maintain BLS certification.
- Maintain ACLS certification
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
