Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator (Admin Comm) provides secretarial/administrative support to Internal Medicine Residency Program, ensuring operational and financial management and strategic planning. The PC is responsible for program accreditation, administrative compliance, recruitment, budgeting, and resident workflows. This role requires a strong understanding of ACGME and hospital policies and a detail-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Five years administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of ACGME policy and procedure guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism
