Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to drive full-cycle recruitment for tech & non-tech roles, build and maintain candidate pipelines, and partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver timely hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of recruiting experience with hands-on sourcing, screening, interview coordination
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive sourcing, headhunting
• Comfortable using an ATS (preferably Lever) for tracking and reporting hiring metrics
• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and a data-driven mindset
