We are looking for a high-velocity, high-conversion Founding Account Executive to capitalize on our early success in the Home Service vertical. You will be instrumental in scaling this new market, focusing on closing volume, maximizing conversion rates, and refining our GTM strategy based on real-world deal intelligence.
Requirements
- High-Velocity Closing Chops (Essential): 2-4 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or digital services, with a proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota in high-volume, rapid-close environments.
- Adaptability & High-Conversion Focus: You can rapidly adjust your selling style and messaging to diverse SMB personas to secure a quick 'go-ahead'.
- Analytical Sales Approach: You don't just close; you analyze why deals close. You are adept at identifying trends and translating them into actionable feedback for GTM strategy.
- Process Builder & Executor: You are comfortable working within an existing framework but driven to improve and optimize it for a higher conversion rate.
- BDR-to-AE Collaboration: Experience working effectively with BDR teams, understanding the quality of inbound leads, and providing necessary feedback.
- Consultative Selling: You naturally lead with deep discovery questions to understand value fit before pitching.
- Strong process discipline and CRM proficiency (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
