Programme Advisor - BSBI Hamburg (m/f/d)

BSBI Hamburg is seeking a Programme Advisor to promote their program portfolio to potential students through various channels, including phone, email, online meetings, and face-to-face interactions. The role involves managing the student pipeline from initial application to tuition payment, providing support to international students, and achieving sales targets. BSBI is an international business school located in Hamburg and Berlin, committed to educating students and developing their entrepreneurial skills.

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Assertive customer-centric approach ideally demonstrated through prior B2C sales roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (C1)
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills, including professional credibility, relationship building and influence.
• Results-driven, solution-oriented and self-disciplined
• Ability to multitask in a busy, highly pressured, fast-paced working environment
• Minute attention to detail, strong adaptability, empathy and resilience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
• Enthusiasm to work in the education sector and to support student success
• Excellent presentation skills and a high level of confidence
• Proactive, self-motivated and achievement-driven with a ‘can-do’ attitude
