Job Description
Student Finance Service Officer role supporting BSBI's financial operations related to student accounts, responsible for managing student payment processes, collecting tuition fees, and delivering excellent service to students.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Project Management or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Competent in MS Office software, especially MS Excel (intermediate or above)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work with deadlines and handle confidential financial data
- Valid right to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship provided)
