Job Description
Gurobi Optimization is seeking a Technical Account Manager to guide customers in integrating their mathematical optimization technology. This role involves providing technical expertise, implementation advice, and training to maximize business value. The TAM collaborates with various teams and acts as a trusted advisor throughout the customer engagement process.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in optimization systems and data science.
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Experience with the Gurobi API (C, C++, Java, Python, C#, VB.NET).
- Familiarity with networking, web technologies, and engineering concepts.
- Comfortable utilizing Salesforce.
