The Senior Consultant, Mergers & Acquisitions will closely work with the Director, M & A and Business Development to lead initial new deal evaluation and drive day-to-day deal process execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, Engineering or Mathematics
- 4-6 years of experience leading strategy in business development, investment banking, or other related finance experience with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and due diligence
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality
