• Board certified/board eligible Family Medicine physician
• Accredited graduate medical training program
• Board certification in the area of medicine stated
• License to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations
• Ability to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations
