We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our Orthopedic Service Line, which includes orthopedic services, sports medicine, and podiatry across La Crosse/Onalaska and the surrounding region.

Requirements

• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–4 years of healthcare management experience
• Prior leadership experience in orthopedic or specialty services strongly desired
• Strategic thinker, strong communicator, and proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
