Requirements
- 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced tech environment
- Proven ability to hire for both technical and GTM roles
- Strong sourcing skills and network across startups or SaaS companies
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bias for action, organization, and follow-through
- Enjoy working closely with teams in-office
