Job Description
GumGum is seeking a Publisher Success Manager to serve premium publisher partners and longtail support publishers, utilizing Zendesk for support. This role focuses on partner retention, growth, and expanding product usage. The manager will be a key point of contact for a significant portion of their partner network, ensuring customer success and driving revenue through upsells.
Requirements
- Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 publisher partnerships.
- Manage day-to-day publisher partner support in Zendesk.
- Escalate technical issues to Solutions Engineers.
- Develop operational processes to improve inbound FAQ.
- Monitor performance and report on partner growth.
