Billing Clerk

We are seeking a Billing Clerk to join our team at Gulf Copper & Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of billing, accounting, or equivalent experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software. The role involves processing customer billings, coordinating with other divisions, and attending project meetings.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Some college courses in business, Accounting or Finance preferred
• Five years of billing, accounting or equivalent experience required
• Billing or accounting experience in an environment that uses Job Cost Accounting preferred
• Computer literate, including advanced skills using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with accounting software
