Job Description
GuideStar Eldercare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to address the suffering of aging individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other neurocognitive disorders in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. The role offers autonomy and collaboration with corporate leadership, while providing administrative support. This position involves providing initial evaluations, therapy, and documentation, as well as building relationships with clients and facilities.
Requirements
- Proof of Nurse Practitioner licensure
- Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team
- Good time management skills
- Ability to function autonomously with regional Area Manager support
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
