Job Description
Guidepost Montessori School at Hampshire is hiring a Lead Preschool Teacher to provide support to children aged 3 to 6 in a Montessori environment. The ideal candidate will guide children in developing independence, self-confidence, and a love of learning through carefully prepared environments and individualized support. The school fosters a collaborative community where parents can participate in their child's learning journey.
Requirements
- Obtained or willing to obtain a Montessori diploma for 3-6
- Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a group setting
- Familiarity with child-led philosophies such as Reggio Emilia or Montessori
- Early Childhood Education or Child Development credits
- Bachelor’s Degree (any subject)
