Infant Assistant Teacher

We are hiring Infant Assistant Teachers to support a mixed-age class of Infant children in a Montessori environment. Our ideal candidate has experience working with children ages 0-3 in a school setting and will bring their best to support every child in reaching their highest potential!

Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 0-3 in a school setting
• Ability to observe children closely to understand and best meet their needs
• Ability to prepare a beautiful, orderly environment that fosters independence and concentration
• Ability to provide individual and small-group lessons to support each child's development
• Ability to form personal connections with each child and cultivate a community of collaboration and respect
