Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is seeking enthusiastic Assistant Guides (Teachers) to support a mixed-age class of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers (ages 3-6). The role focuses on creating a nurturing environment, providing individualized support, and fostering independence and a love of learning through the Montessori method. The team provides professional development and supports growth within the network.
Requirements
- Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school setting
