Job Description
Guidepoint is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to provide legal and strategic advice to operations and growth. This hybrid role will report to the Chief Legal Officer in New York City, focusing on employment and dispute resolution. The position requires experience in employment law and litigation and collaboration with external counsel.
Requirements
- J.D. with 3+ years’ experience practicing law (litigation or corporate) in a law firm, corporate legal organization, financial institution, or investment fund
- Experience in employment law and litigation
- Experience working in an international, collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
