Requirements

• Maintain working knowledge of sales, service and financial business processes
• Work with Business Analysts to gather, analyze and articulate high-level business and technology capabilities & requirements
• Develop, maintain, and adhere to IT best practices
• Manage workload and communicates progress, expectations and issues to management and stakeholders
• Support the creation of strategic roadmaps that sequence technology initiatives based on business priorities and technical dependencies
