Technical Executive Lead/Enterprise Architect will oversee all technical workstreams for client's Oracle Health (Cerner) Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation, including system architecture, interoperability, interface development, device integration, infrastructure readiness, and cutover planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in large-scale EHR implementations, including at least 3 Oracle Health (Cerner) projects
- Proven experience with Oracle Health Millennium and RevElate platforms
- Demonstrated success in EMPI design and deployment, including external vendor coordination and internal match queue strategies
- Deep expertise in HL7/FHIR standards, interface engines (e.g., Cloverleaf, Rhapsody), and device integration (e.g., CareAware iBus)
- Experience integrating and transitioning from MEDITECH environments, including interface reconciliation and data harmonization
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, including centralized distribution centers and PharmNet workflows
- Familiarity with behavioral health and long-term care workflows and regulatory requirements
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments (preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and enterprise architecture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
