Job Description
Director Managed Service role involves analyzing and creating innovative solutions, providing oversight and executive level management, and maintaining relationships with senior and executive level management. Responsibilities include managing all functions in a loan servicing center, ensuring quality standards, and planning and organizing work efforts.
Requirements
- University Degree
- Minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience
- Mortgage loan servicing experience
- Prior experience leading teams
- Experience with oversight and executive level management for overall contract operations
