Data Engineer

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our Technology AI and Data practice with a dedicated focus on military clients in the Defense & Security segment. This individual will have a strong data engineering background and be a hands-on technical contributor, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and interactive dashboards than enable federal clients to achieve mission outcomes, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.

Requirements

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Minimum TWO (2) years of experience in data engineering and dashboard development
• Proven experience with Databricks, business intelligence tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark
• Experience building ETL pipelines and integrating data sources into reporting platforms
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
