Guidehouse is seeking a Data Architect to support in modernizing and optimizing data systems, analytics, and reporting. The ideal candidate will architect and implement robust data solutions, drive automation, and ensure data quality and governance, with a strong focus on CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices.
Requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data architectures to support ORR’s mission and business needs.
- Lead data integration, migration, and modernization projects, ensuring alignment with federal standards and best practices.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies, data models, dictionaries, and master data repositories.
- Architect and automate ETL pipelines, leveraging CI/CD practices for deployment and version control (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub).
- Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau, R, Python).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and document processes.
- Implement and manage data quality, validation, and integrity procedures.
- Support the adoption of DevOps practices, including automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of data solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on data engineering, analytics, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and federal regulations.
